Below are custom projects my team designed to address our customers' unique use cases at Appspace. These include a fully customized wayfinding kiosk that allows users to reserve spaces and locate key resources, as well as room booking cards that provide essential information before reserving a space. We’ve had the pleasure of working with customers such as GSK, Indeed, PayPal, and many others to deliver solutions that meet their specific needs.
Responsive Wayfinding Kiosk
The wayfinding kiosk allows users to bring the power of Appspace Space Reservation and pathfinding to employees and visitors. Users are able to navigate the kiosk to find more information on bookable and non-bookable resources. With the ability to view conference rooms, desks, and points-of-interests, users can make an informed decision on spaces to reserve or how to route to any desired location.
Additionally, users have the ability to scan to take the map with them or reserve on the go through the Appspace Employee App. The wayfinding kiosk has become a staple offering for customers as a custom solution that they can fit to their specific use cases. Integrations with occupancy and air quality sensors have enhanced the experience for some customers, providing more metrics for users to have a frictionless workplace experience.
