This Service Hub is a custom solution for BNY on the Appspace platform, allowing their concierge team to manage reservation details and catering services attached to their space bookings. Utilizing the Appspace design system our team created a dashboard that aggregated all the reservations to a single view. Through this dashboard, users are able to set statuses and tag reservations to streamline the set up and services for the bookings. The concierge users are also able to search, filter, and export a report.
