wHO? whAT? where?
Kinitro Fitness is focused on creating tough minds and tough bodies. It was started by John Ding and their mission is to create a community of athletes who motivate and support one another in leading active, healthy lifestyles.
Approach.
Athletic, sporty, and fun with a little bit of a comic book vibe.
The Logo.
Creating a mark that felt like it was for a sports team seemed appropriate with the Kinitro Fitness approach. One because the desire to have a gorilla as the mascot but also the group’s mentality of moving forward together embodies the idea of a strong team dynamic. Versatility was also important since Kinitro would have a charitable aspect as seen below.
Along with the main mark, a secondary mark was developed to be used on apparel items.

We’ve recently observed the analytics and user patterns of the current site in order to see how things can be improved. Along with some feedback from visitors, we’ll be using that information to update some of the content and call-to-actions to help users get to the information they’re searching for while on the site. I’ll keep this updated once things start rolling!
